The best coconut oil I have ever had. True coconut smell and flavor.Great product I have already used it before this is my second timeI love this stuff, will buy some again!excellentI realize my review is not going to show up as an Amazon Verified Purchase because I purchased this at Costco, but I am in fact a huge fan of this coconut oil. It does have a slight taste of coconut oil but its not overwhelming. Some people are completely fine w/ frying foods with this oil but I have yet to unless I am making pancakes and I love the taste of coconut. I am just too scared to try frying some chicken in it. I do however use it in ALL baked goods if it calls for oil. I usually had a few tablespoons to any baked good even if it does not call for oil. I am gluten free so anything I bake could use some extra ingredients to make it moist. I also add a teaspoon or so to my coffee/tea/smoothies ext. It is very good for you and will make your skin very soft by ingesting it.You can use this as a moisturizer on your skin which is great, but it will leave you feeling a little oily. I usually wear it when I am going to go outside and lay by the pool with the kids. If you get it in your eyes you will regret it. It doesn't hurt but I have occasionally gotten it in my eyes while using it on my face and its like there is a film over your eyes and it will make you feel like you need to sleep because you cant keep your eyes open.Coconut oils is also something you can use to moisten your hair. I have used it as a mask that I have left on my hair for 30 min - few hours (I am a stay at home mom so I have the time)Coconut oil is a great ingredient to make fat bombs if you are LCHFAlso, I am not sure if you have heard of oil pulling. Its something New to me as well. Oil pulling is a great way to whiten your teeth. Put a teaspoon in your mouth for 20 min a day for a week or so and you will see a big improvement in the whiteness of your teeth. Plus side is if you accidentally swallow a little your not swallowing chemicals like you would if you accidentally ingested some of the crest white strips gel (been there - Yuck!)Oh and I cant believe I almost forgot. One of my favorite things to do Is use this as a moisturizer for my feet. My feet get dry pretty fast over the summer so I like to put it on my feet then put some socks on and wow makes a big difference even in just a few hours but I try and do this at night.
